Why we point to a licensed venue The welcome-bonus link above goes to CEX.IO, which is a registered Money Services Business with FinCEN in the United States, holds a DLT Provider authorisation (FSC0686FSA) from the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission, and operates a CySEC-authorised investment firm in the EU. Licensing is not a profit guarantee — it means there is a regulator to complain to.

What to include

A short email with the right details gets a useful answer far faster than a long one without them.

  • Reporting an error: the page URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and ideally a link to a source showing the correct position. Fee changes are the most common correction we receive and the most useful.
  • Asking a question: your country, the brand or platform involved, and what you are trying to do. Region and jurisdiction change most answers in this subject, so without them we can only guess.
  • Suggesting a review: the operator's URL, which countries it serves, and what makes it different from what we already cover.
  • Press or research enquiry: your outlet, your deadline and the specific question. We are happy to share methodology.

Things we cannot help with

We are an independent publisher, not a party to any transaction you make. That means there are several things we genuinely cannot do, and it is fairer to say so up front than to leave you waiting for a reply.

  • We cannot recover a failed gift card or voucher code. We have no access to any operator's order system. Contact the platform you bought from, with your order ID and a screenshot of the error.
  • We cannot reverse a crypto transaction. Nobody can. If funds were sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network, that is generally permanent.
  • We cannot recover money lost to a scam. Report it to your national fraud reporting service and to the platform involved. Be extremely careful of "recovery services" that contact you afterwards — they are almost always a second fraud aimed at the same victim.
  • We cannot advise on your tax return. See the note above.
We will never ask you for these A seed phrase or private key. A wallet password. A voucher or gift-card code. A payment of any kind. A remote access session. If anyone claiming to represent this site asks for any of them, it is an impersonator — see our scam guide.

Corrections policy

When we correct a factual error we update the page, refresh the "last reviewed" date, and where the change is material we note what changed. We do not quietly rewrite a page to make an old position look better than it was. If a platform's pricing or coverage has changed since we wrote about it, that is a correction we want to make quickly, because a stale fee figure is worse than no figure at all.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you reply?
Usually within a few working days. Corrections to published fees, discontinued products or wrong regulatory references are handled first because they affect readers directly.
Will you review my platform?
Possibly, if readers are searching for it. We do not accept payment for a review, we do not agree to a rating in advance, and we do not share drafts before publication. If those terms work for you, send the details.
Can I advertise on the site?
We do not sell placements, rankings, ratings or sponsored posts. Please do not send rate cards — we will decline.
Do you offer financial or tax advice by email?
No. We cannot advise on your personal tax or investment position, and we will not try. For tax questions, our country guides point to the relevant authority, and a qualified local accountant is the right next step.
